I cannot Install the Software.

Go to the location which you saved the program, usually on your Desktop. (Look for the file BRCProgram.zip) Right Click on this file and choose extract or unzip. We have included the program to unzip below but most computers have this program pre-installed. Once the files have been extracted you will have a folder named BRC Program open this folder and locate the Icon named Build Real Credit and Double Click to Start.

I cannot start Build Real Credit program.

Make sure you are opening the Program in the un zipped folder and that you are double clicking BuildRealCredit.exe


My software is still in demo mode.

You need to purchase the full version from this website and you must download the full version.


I can only enter in one Client Profile into the software.

The Software only allows one Home Owner to be entered. Each license is per homeowner. Contact us to purchase an unlimited version if you are doing multiple Credit Repairs.


Uninstall/Reinstall Instructions

To uninstall Right Click on the folder and delete it. After you have done this proceed to empty out your recycle bin.
