Responsibility for Your Conduct

REFUND POLICY

Build Real Credit (BRC) offers a money back guarantee policy on our Software. Refund will be offered at 100% of the purchase price, less a $9.95 administrative fee plus return shipping fees if applicable, refund will only be on software purchases that have not been open NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED TO Once the software has been open, it is presumed to be used and no refunds will be provided. Refund, credit or transfer is not granted automatically.

We use Pay-Pal for credit card transactions and will refund only to the card used by the same means. (CHARGE BACKS: We offer a no risk refund on unused software meaning software never printed documents.) Since this is stated by not contacting us and following our refund policy and issuing a charge back and no notification allowing us to refund will result in additional fees as we will dispute the charge back and seek restitution. Credit Card companies take charge backs very seriously as malicious charges are costly and they charge security deposits and even suspend accounts for excessive charge backs which is costly for retailers.

Shipping

We do not offer electronic download version as we will ship your software see our terms (if we shipped the software to you all fees to ship software back will be at your expense) When the software is shipped to you we will use ground shipping and we are not responsible for delays caused by mail carrier normally 7-10 business days.

Sales Tax

We charge State and City tax for product as tax laws we must charge tax for states in which we have a presence and for software not deemed as custom software (software is categorized as Retail Software) Refunds issued after 30 days will be issued less tax fees.
